Children’s Dental Health Associates, P.C. is a leading pediatric dentistry provider with 13 offices in the suburbs of Philadelphia, northern suburb of Wilmington, DE, to Lancaster, Harrisburg, York, and Reading, PA. Each office is expertly designed to be child friendly and entertaining while maintaining energy efficiency and security. Hoishik’s primary goal was to utilize technology to enhance the welcoming environment and allow the owner to monitor all offices from any location.

Creating a Comforting Environment

Each reception area features a large, high-definition television and Blu-ray player system which provides a variety of viewing options for parents and children. In treatment areas, Hoishik installed ceiling-mounted televisions and Blu-ray players for viewing during dental procedures.

Monitor and Control of All Offices

With so many offices, the owner wanted the ability to monitor each of them from his iPhone or iPad, no matter which location he was in. Hoishik integrated a Crestron Electronics 3-Series lighting and temperature system controlled by a main Crestron processor. He has the ability to log in to the application at any time, from anywhere, to monitor and make modifications as necessary. We installed a security camera system, also accessed remotely, to allow real time monitoring of operations and protect employees and clients. Live streams of waiting and procedure rooms from multiple offices can be viewed at the same time. Most importantly, they can check cameras, temperature, lights and equipment to ensure everything is off in every office at the end of the day, regulating energy usage and minimizing waste.
